• Wayne Hatfield, M.D.

After practicing as a board certified urologist for over 20 years, Dr. Wayne Hatfield transitioned into medical weight loss in 2023. Originally from Georgia, he completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. Subsequently, he did his surgical residency at Vanderbilt University. After his Air Force service, he entered private practice where he became a leader in minimally invasive & robotic surgery. Always an early adopter of medical advances, he approaches medical weight loss with the same passion. He is grateful to have the opportunity to change lives with the advances in this field. He and his office staff strive to provide a knowledgeable & comfortable environment to assist clients in reaching their weight loss goals & more importantly, helping them maintain goals through a multi-faceted program.

Dr. Hatfield, his wife and youngest daughter reside in Tennessee & enjoy a variety of activities based on the season. Their older four children are either in, entering or just finished college so there’s never a dull moment!
